We’re now contracting with doulas in our commercial networks. Doulas may contract as a solo provider, with a doula group or with a mixed specialty group.
Doulas must complete credentialing with the Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare before contracting with us. A valid doula certification is required. Visit the CAQH Provider Data Portal for more information.
In order to contract with us, doulas must also complete our Provider Onboarding Form. Learn more about joining our network here.
