We’ll Have a New Medical Transportation Provider for Medicaid Members, Effective Oct. 1, 2026

As a reminder, we’ll transition from Modivcare to MTM Health for nonemergency medical transportation services for our members with Medicaid coverage, effective Oct. 1, 2026.
What this means to your patients: Those who are eligible for the benefit should contact MTM Health to request transportation services on or after Oct. 1. Patients can reach MTM Health by:
- Calling 877-831-3148
- Visiting the MTM Health website and creating an account
- Accessing the MTM Health mobile app, MTM Link Member, available in the Apple Store or on Google Play
Recurring trips and trips already scheduled to take place after Oct. 1 will be fulfilled by MTM Health. No action is required by your patients. If they need to make changes after Oct. 1, they should contact MTM Health.
We’ll send letters to eligible members with instructions on how to contact MTM Health to request transportation.
