- Opportunities to earn health-related rewards
The program is there to help our members understand and manage their health throughout their pregnancy journey.

How can members enroll?
Providers and members can call the Special Beginnings helpline at 888-421-7781 to begin the enrollment process.
Members may also complete the rewards form online, which helps connect them with the Special Beginnings program and available member rewards.
Notification reminder: When submitting prior authorization requests using the Medicaid Authorizations application on Availity® Essentials , providers can indicate a member is pregnant by selecting "Yes" when applicable. This notification helps ensure members are connected to appropriate pregnancy support services available through BCCHP.
